Hello

Journal Entry: Wed Oct 18, 2006, 12:34 PM
Hey all

I have been quite busy lately and I haven't been doing much photography. The weather has also been quite awful. If anyone has any creative tips for a grey day to what to do with a camera, please let me know :D

I usually do long exposures of streams/waterfalls when it's overcast out since the diffuse light allows for an even exposure without any bright spots or shadows. I find it's also the best time to shoot inside abandoned houses for the same reason.

Thank you. I shot this [link] on a very misty day, I should try more like that. Good tip about the buildings :D

But what inside?

Oh, sorry. Well, I have taken pictures of shells, putting them on a white or neutral surface and using natural light from the window. My beta in a wine glass. Bouquets of flowers. Paperweights (they're in my gallery, older).
